Timo Werner

Am I to late to buy or is there alot more increase in him?
-
His game suits the matrix, he's classed as a Forward (arguably least competitive category/easiest to win) & has his best years in front of him, he returned c.30p in divs last season (when much lower payouts were available) & 79p so far this, few players have this impressive PB record. If he can now add MB, even just based on prolonged transfer saga speculation, he will become a FI goldmine. great long term hold IMHO who could easily double in price over the next year or so.
Please do your own research before you decide if you want to invest.

@NewUser159387 👍. Cheers

IMO his price will be drop if he doesn't move and I don't think he'll move, he's benefitted quite a bit from Germany being the only football on and there being 5 media places. Long term hold, but I think you'll be able to buy him cheaper short term
-
my preference is actually that we don't see a transfer this summer but strong expectations of a move next summer. Best of both worlds then; continued media spec of a prem transfer alongside another season of his performing well in BL.
-
If he moves to Liverpool this summer, its almost guaranteed that he'll have less playing time, plus he'll be directly competing with Mane and Salah for PB, so on that basis, his price should drop. But I'm guessing he'll rise massively because Liverpool, but that doesn't make any sense to me. Maybe his price will react similarly to Minamino's - an initial spike then a gradual decline as people realise he's not actually more valuable.
-
Will get less game time at Liverpool, so he would drop after intial spike. If he doesn’t move he will also drop, coz the hot air of transfer speculation will fizzle out. So in the short term, I see him dropping, but long term (depending at which club he’s at) a good hold. Sold a few weeks ago, but will be getting back in if he drops significantly.
-
It is a tricky one and I’m currently in a predicament on what to do. If he moves then there will be a spike that I’m afraid I’ll miss by selling now. But long term at Liverpool I don’t see being great based on Salah and Mane price & PB scores. If he doesn’t move there will be a drop and I’ll be angry I didn’t sell.
-
He’ll go to Liverpool because they’ll be selling one of the current three. With all three forwards heading towards 30yrs klopp needs to start phasing them out and bringing fresh blood in, otherwise he’ll be looking for three new forwards a 1-2yrs years.
-
Quite a lot of noise coming out that he’s going to Chelsea now
-
Yep, reliable source too - https://sportbild.bild.de/bundesliga/vereine/rb-leipzig/timo-werner-rb-leipzig-wechsel-chelsea-statt-liverpool-71064430.sport.html?fbclid=IwAR35NfzRmfF5rsgwjFZu3xQkN54wku2d3yYSEXpDwjqDZ6ki2Yo2XDD39ms
If he joins Chelsea, could be a good move for owners, a guaranteed starter for Chelsea.
-
@Rocky-Raccoon how much more expensive is he than any other Chelsea player? For me at Chelsea his price goes one way
-
@ChazFI123 I would err on that side too, from an FI perspective, I think a Chelsea move is more promising for Werner owners than a Liverpool move.
-
@Rocky-Raccoon I just wouldn’t feel too great about him being almost double the price of the next closest Chelsea player, which I think is Ziyech? If I held I would’ve been quite happy with another year in Germany
-
@ChazFI123 Same, I think another year at Leipzig would be best, but I think FI value at Liverpool is panic-selling levels low, whereas at Chelsea there's a chance he might rack up regular big PB scores, especially if Lampard is still in charge.
-
Ha I remember bruno being in advanced talks with Barcelona in January 2 weeks before United signed him.
So many games with transfers, I think he still ends up at Liverpool - not a coincidence in the press it was said liverpool wouldn't pay the release clause - its so bloody predictable this shit.........
-
11 days until release clause ends so I expect him to clean up with more dividends and easy bottom three games coming up shortly.
-
Romano saying that Liverpool still haven’t opened official talks with Werner 🤯
Sky now officially saying Chelsea are favourites

Why would they when the transfer window isn’t open.....
Wouldn’t that be tapping just a player...

@Tom77 how did Chelsea sign Ziyech then?
