How long does your account get suspended for, as I have sent in all the relevant documents sent emails and tried to call Customer service with no success this is now going into 7 days ridiculous

In the email they sent you there should be a deadline they gave you to submit the documents.

@Londoner yes before the 6th June, I sent them last Wed the 3rd, this was after several emails asking for different documents

You should hopefully hear from them sometime this week. When I did my EDD last month, they replied a day after the deadline.
