Emails (FI are a shambles)

I’m really starting to think FI is being run by absolute fuckwits!!
Just asked why I’m not receiving emails and they’ve said it’s because of my email as they will only send emails to gmail, hotmail or yahoo email addresses. I asked them if they were winding me up and they were totally serious.
Wow, just wow!!
So I can’t get emails or the survey unless I create an email account that I don’t want or need.
Sort this shit out AC!!

Ive got my hotmail address linked (as i had the same issue about a year ago)
but alas, i still haven't received the survey

I've had them to AOL, but not this survey yet, they have confirmed they're sending them in batches

Absolute clowns!! Even if I had a gmail address you can’t edit your email address anyway.
So loads of us won’t get emails or a chance to do the survey.
And they want this platform to grow and be professional 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

I have a registered Hotmail with them(box ticked I've checked) and not received a survey.
I had so much to offer too.

Just went through another live chat and you have to set up a new email that you don’t want, won’t use and will forget every time you go to log in. Plus you can’t change your email without contacting them and going through security questions anyway. All of that just to receive emails and they call themselves professional 😂😂
I told the guy on live chat that I felt sorry for him working for a company who are becoming a laughingstock at present.
So no survey opportunity for me.
Plenty to think about now going forward as confidence in this platform, especially in the last few weeks is shot at present 👎🏼
