Obviously we’re still restarting and completing this seasons fixtures but have any dates been released for the main five leagues as to the start dates for the new seasons?

The French season is due to start 23rd August, not heard about any others

Let them have a couple of weeks off (like a winter break) and then get back on it - they have all already had more time off then they would ever have......

Bundesliga rumoured as 12th September, a couple of weeks after CL/EL completion but nothing official yet.

Hopefully not too long as I've bought plenty of Bundesliga players who'll just sit there until it kicks off again.
Makes sense to miss the majority of the summer for the hot weather in Spain/Italy. I should imagine end of Aug/ early September? That also gives the virus a bit more time to hopefully disappear from Europe.

Did some Googling and found:
German season starts the same weekend as the French, weekend of the 21st/22nd/23rd Aug
Spanish to start weekend of the 12 September
Italy aiming for the 1st September, but not certain

23rd Aug is the rumored date for the champions league final after a shortened knockout format. Uefa won't want a full set of league fixtures on the same date and possibly won't be keen on leagues restarting before finishing the cl.
