Refer friends bonus taken away

I contacted support due to the withdrawal issue mentioned here https://forums.footballindex.co.uk/topic/17317/withdraw-money-from-account/2
However got an email this morning saying I didn't meet the conditions for the bonus bonus when I clearly did as the bonus was already automatically paid.
Anyone else had this happen to them?

@NewUser623563 Not touchy, just a lot of new fake profiles being made just to bad mouth FI right now, coming on posting something negative about FI and never returning. If you are not one of these then fair play. It is just getting a little tiresome. It just seemed very strange you had only joined 6 minutes prior to posting, but had already managed to contact CS and had time to read through the Forum to find a specific post, must have been a busy first 6 minutes of joining?
