I think there is a restriction put on card holders who exceed 100 characters in a forum thread title and then try to circumvent the minimum 8 letter rule in the body of the post by putting spaces in.

Can you try depositing £10 with your current card, that usually resolves it.
It has for me in the past as it refreshed it somehow

Your best bet then is to try the live chat - have you go a desktop/Laptop? if you have
Go into your account > Help centre - scroll down to the bottom click on the "help bubble"
Just type a random word in there and press enter and then you get the option to speak to someone on the live Chat facility.
Im not sure if anyone will be around at the moment so you might want to try it again during the day tommorow if not.
I use it fairly regularly and they are usually able to resolve similar issues to this for me.Edit - just checked - they are online at the moment

@Shippers hi mate I got checked to I can't make deposits or withdrawals I have to get proof of I'd so can't do anything till I get s passport hope this is helpful

Hi mate, i was trying to add a suggestion to the original poster. Quite common nowadays these checks unfortunately, all companies have to follow them.
