Question for general discussion. Is Pep's time at Man City hanging by a thread if they don't win the CL and if so what will this do for the prices of Sterling, KDB, Foden and the rest of the team?
-
@Gary-T I certainly hope so, but just hope he goes somewhere where I dont hold anybody. Wouldn't surprise me if he did leave. He seemed to leave Barca very prematurely 🤞

Nah, there's no way the club turn their back on Pep after what he's done for City. He's had a bad year with injuries and is still finishing on 75-81 points.
Who would they even bring in?

@Dan-The-Man
David O leary?

@Dan-The-Man For me it has to be Alan Pardew
-
@Dan-The-Man Dan I didn't say that they would get rid of him but he might make the decision to walk as he did at Barca?

He's said a bunch of times that he wants to see his contract out and stay possibly another year.

@Dan-The-Man I agree but in this day and age what is a contract or loyalty worth in football these days, zilch. Not knocking Pep or City but too many times we have heard one thing and the person or club does exactly the opposite. My initial question was hypothetical and based on him maybe leaving by being pushed or walking - how would that fair on FI and the price of the players at City and transfer rumours.

Nigel Pearson looking for work I hear. He could revolutionise their style

If he's a proper 'FM' manager then he'll need to complete the big 4 set & expect to see him at Juve to win Serie A.
