Europa / Champions league Qualifying games

Anyone know if the 20/21 qualifying games count for divs? As they are part of the competition and they don't explicitly say either way. Could be some interesting pick ups with the IPD 5p atm.

From memory, I don't recall it being eligible based on past seasons.
