I bought Jonathan David after the IPD announcement as I thought he was going to Lille, so was initially disappointed by this news- but then I saw he's strongly linked to Leeds which would be a massive move for both parties.
@Tom77 yeah these 'agreed personal terms' stories are funny. So often just means club x has offered player y much higher wages than what he currently earns, and player y's agent has said 'yes that sounds great'.

I was hoping for a PL move but Lille is a decent enough alternative to keep holding.
If he hits the ground running he could see some serious growth given the 5x IPDs promotion and Ligue 1 being the only game in town for a while.
Europa League football too where he can score goals for fun.
Will probably either score a hat-trick or get sent off in his first game 🤔

Without checking i believe his disciplinary record was ok prior to him going to rangers

His discipline in the SPL could probably be blamed on the mistreatment of Rangers by officials and the biased treatment within the SPL. Half the time the refs were looking for a reason to send him off which often lead to players trying to wind him up knowing any reaction would result in a red card
