He is one of my first holds and since had to buy again to lower my hold price.
If he gets a transfer can he go up much in price or best getting rid?

If he doesn't get a move in this window you may need to take your loss and move on..
If he gets a move and a spike on FI, I would be looking to get out of him as he is 29 and not getting any younger

I think he's way too mistake prone and for the money that Napoli would want, there are much better options.
Similarly, I think 1.32 on FI is a price praying for a big move and there are much better options for a lower price:
