A guy I used to have a lot of shares in and a great player has collapsed on the pitch again with a large scream as it happened. This is the second time this has happened to the poor guy. Has this sort of thing happened to any other footballers? I hope he is ok.

@Tom7471 several have collapsed on the pitch (not with a scream though).
Just off the top of my head - Marc-Vivian Foe, Fabrice Muamba and recently Martin Terrier. Unfortunately Foe died and Muamba never played again.

@Tom7471 sad to see him on the media buzz for such a tragic thing. There have been a few players with heart conditions but I can't remember one reoccurring like this - you'd think any medical staff would advise him to call it a day - it's not worth the risk!

Tiote died of a heart condition but I think he may have collapsed in training or after training, not in a game.

MB can be a bit unpredictable but I suspect these stories will be removed.

@howsthebacon agree. Apparently he has an ICD (implanted cardioverter defibrillator) which they would only fit if he was considered at real risk of suffering a sudden cardiac arrest. How he is still playing with that being the case is beyond me.

Seen him go from no bid, to a sell price of 30p, and now a sell price 1p below the buy price.
Other than possibly finishing in second place (and unlikely to place again) is there something I’m missing here?

Daft question but how the hell did Blind keep his media stories even though they were about his collapse and hospitalization?! I mean it's good that he didn't die, but I really thought they'd be pulled?!
