Christmas on the index

Double down and pick up star players for bargains. The prices are actually incredible.
There was a massive sell off this time last month too. Then it picked up once the standings for team of the month started to be seen by people around 10th of September.
When you look at someone like kimmich or Messi who are getting star player or 1or 2 places off winning it, not once but twice a week. There's no other investment available in the world that gives that kind of return.
I'll admit it looks bleak for any player thats not in top 20, unlikely you'll ever get your money back. But for those that are its incredible value atm.

@yobeautybetting is this a sponsored advert?
-
But what will make it flourish again?
-
@Archer22 check what I said on the thread named "Why will it flourish again?"
-
@yobeautybetting also mate, I know your new, every Christmas there's a dip when people take cash out to buy jewellery for the mrs so try not to mislead people.
Yes it will recover. No it won't be immediately. But it also means the opportunities will remain longer for those who are brave.

@NewUser469373 lol no admittedly it sounds like one though. I just joined FI in September when everyone was saying its crashing and all doom. Then literally few weeks later players rised back to their high prices. Just cyclical like any market.
-
@Archer22 as @Lukeroro has pointed out im new to FI so don't take my word as gospel. I do have significant experience trading shares and options contracts though.
My personal opinion is that it will flourish again when people see the bargains that can be bought, and then greed will kick in and FOMO and the market will rise up again.
I expect this to happen by mid November when people see rankings for TOTM.
-
If you’re religious then go to church. I’d you’re not then sort your fucking priorities out. Christmas and FI aren’t essential to be fair. Don’t bet what you can’t afford!

This shows you know what you're talking about, in fairness to you. But mid-November is 10 days away. What do you think will change between now and then?

For me the value is in the squad, fill your boots.
Florenzi before that with a move
Paco alcacer the ipd machine
A bit further up you have the likes of thuram and nkunku, well under 2 pounds and look likely to win pb at some point plus transfers ahead.
-
@Lukeroro Market showing first signs of picking up today , right on que. Expect proper rises right before TOTM cut off
-
@yobeautybetting the announcement on Friday will either make or break your theory. I will happily be admit you were right if there are a few quid thrown in!
-
@yobeautybetting not looking so rosy right now and mid month has been and gone.
We'll see tomorrow
-
-
@Lukeroro yeah looks like I was wrong about when it will recover, unless we have massive surge over next 3 days. I'm still lumping money into Messi, mpabbe , and will kimmich when he drops some more. I've still faith in the product and these prices are too good
-
@yobeautybetting exactly. Currently we are just being given bargains. And maybe for the last time!
-
100% for the last time, either FI fails or the market grows and is then protected by circuit breakers.
Knowing this i intend to max-out my investment, but as i already built a beefed up port over the past week (getting back in), i want to observe the market before overloading my account. I don’t want to pay 2% buy commission just to be burnt.

@Archer22 more football and less Covid
