New 50p Upper Limit On Offers?

I had Bruno offers listed at £8.23 and I wanted to adjust that to £8.60 in hopes that if the market flies today, I could cash out on him during the rise.
I unlisted him but now I can only list him at £7.81 (50p above his buy price).
I've looked at a few players and the 50p limit seems across the board for me.

I hadn't noticed it, probs because I trade mainly in the lower end and I had no doubt listed Bruno, before his price drop.
Seems I'm just out the loop lately.
Do you know when it came in?

@Dan-The-Man cant remember if it was there when they initially brought offers in or when they put the handbrake on, but either way it's been there for a while
