Am I right in thinking that, despite many portfolio's 'dropping', the index today is in a much better place then days gone by given we actually have the ability to trade a bit more? I.e. the other day I couldn't sell X player as no price and could only offer -1p current buy - which any potential buyer obviously would be daft to of took. However now I can decide a price I'm happy to sell at, if I am desperate I can super low ball and get out. If I'm not happy at that I can place my listing at a price that suits me and wait for it to get bought.
So, today is better than yesterday, despite the red figures basically, yes? ty.

@NewUser161114 Yeah. It seems great so far. I deposited £20 last night and bought a load of cheapo players. I'm using them to test the new system and they seem to be selling easily and then able to buy back.
Turned that £20 into £25 and gaining confidence to deposit more.
A few quirks though. I have one remaining share in Giroud that is over 30 days old. There was either no sell price or an occasional IS of 47p over the last few weeks. Now the lowest I can offer for is 63p. The floor is too high on a few players, but working nicely on most.

The offer floor should be 1p above the lowest bid price on all players. There are quite a few where this still hasn't applied yet though.

Yeah I’m selling players that had no IS price for days previously for a price that I was content with.
Not loads of shares but deffo a decent improvement.
