Is 2% commission paid on Buy Now or matched bids ?

So many changes I can’t keep up

Would be glad if someone could clear this up for me.

I know we currently have the rebate of 1% on matched bids and 2% on Buy now

Just on matched bids. Unfulfilled/cancelled bids and market buy/buy now is zero commission.
