Has anybody received an email asking to supply personal information for 'responsible gambling' purposes?
The email asks for very sensitive info such as 'a copy of the front and back of the debit card used to make deposits on your account'.
It then goes on to say 'Please be aware that until we receive the requested documentation, you will be unable to deposit or withdraw on your account. '
This must be a scam surely.

I had a similar one but slightly more intrusive in that it also asked me for a nude pic of my wife as well.

@NewUser276740 I'd contact them on the live chat to be sure, so don't reply to the email, but sounds like the normal anti money laundering checks they have to do, so suspect it's genuine.

I've had to send photos of my card a couple of times, they should have told you which bits to blank out?

They were insistent that it needed to be full frontal - the wife was surprisingly willing tbf - I think she has a thing for Adam Cole though.

Yeah I was asked for this.
They allow you to deposit, but then hold your funds ransom until you provide all of this information.
They are cunts. Lowest of the low.
