Is the buy price STILL determined by 900 offers.
Its fucking ridiculous.
Anyone with 900 shares can put 3 offers in of 300 shares each 20p lower than the last and instantly crash the price of a player by 30p, the floor goes with it and someone else puts low bids in.
The Dumbass noob traders fall for it every time and panic sell to them, the offers are removed and the player shoots back up.
Its fucking happening time and time again and tanking the whole market.
Are FI management fucking stupid or what? Why can't they see this and stop it happening. It's so fucking plain to see.
Its the sole reason for every big drop since OB started.
I'm fucking Fuming.
Think I'll start the IBAS procedure tomorrow. I'm sick of it now.

It's a hard thing for FI to police, people could be desperate sell, list him at a low price to get rid, then the price drops too low, he changes his mind and cancels his bid then decides to buy more while the price is cheap.
The issue is FI releasing orderbooks without a deep enough market, with MMs in place there will be levels of bids and offers meaning the price can't tank by 1 or 2 users.
I was experimenting with listing shares on Thursday and it's ridiculous. I could list 78 shares of Berardi and depending on what price I put him at I could change his Buy price from 1.42 to 1.54. There's no way 78 shares should have such an influence on a players price.

@Zizou spot on. I was doing the same with some lesser known players to begin with, and then I tried it with one or two players who are actually worth something, and it was so easy to drop a price by 20p at a time.
It's a bloody dangerous market at the moment.

If they can't raise it significantly from 900 shares then the system needs scrapping. Its not fit for purpose.

The external complaints system.
During all this I've had a running complaint going through FIs complaint system that reached an abrupt, fuck off this week. So now I can move to contact ibas.
Theres evidence of this market manipulation for all to see. The footie has now collapsed almost 50% since OBs started and they are doing nothing.... Literally nothing to stop it. In fact everything they're doing now is targeted to making them money an ddrop the market even further.
Its time for it to be investigated externally.
Ive been patient. Very patient, always tried to keep optimistic and give it time, but they are either grossly incompetent, or have intentionally dropped the prices in half, either way, I feel there's a case to answer.

@Ddr it's been 3 months since OBs came in and ive said pretty much nothing on the subject.
Didn't kick off about prices, didn't sell up (unfortunately) and patiently watched £11k disappear into the ether.
I'd say I've been fucking patient.3 months on, and the footie is dropping faster than ever. And prices are being blatantly manipulated with nothing being done about it.
