Who would you tip for a year hold?
-
Following on from the Rashica post. I would be interested to know who the forum thinks might also be worth a year hold. Niane is my pick. Injured at the moment for possibly the rest of season but if gets back to form pre injury at least double (Buy now is 53p).

Sorloth all the way
-
Pogba all the way
-
I keep mentioning him but Adama at 70p could be at least double that in a year. Likely at the Euros with Spain, can be unplayable, may well get a fair bit of transfer media. He seems really cheap at the moment.
-
Billy Gilmore
Was nearly £3 can pick him up now for about £.80p
Needs a loan move to get game time and fingers crossed stars for Scotland in the summer.
-
neymar mbappe bruno
-
Ridle Baku - Can be picked up for incredibly cheap, 22 years old and already earned a cap for Germany. Will we see him get a call up for the Euros?
I also suspect he will get a positional change at some point, from a midfielder to a defender, which will see his price rocket.
-
@xXMr_FishXx oh interesting. Why would you expect switch to defence to have such an impact on price?
-
He’s unplayable alright, can’t get in the wolves team and will never displace Torres in the Spain team @Ecniv
-
@NewUser469373 As he's currently classed as a midfielder when he's actually playing right back the majority of the time (sometimes right mid) he's competing for PB against players that are in a more attacking position, getting G/A's and naturally score a higher PB. Him being moved to a defender will suit him more to the PB matrix, allowing him to score higher being able to earn clean sheet bonuses and allowing him to compete against other defenders who naturally score less.
We saw a huge price increase in Cuadrado who was moved from a midfielder to a defender and has posted some huge PB scores. And like Cuadrado, when Baku plays in that right midfield position, it will allow him to post even bigger scores. I do think he's one for the future for sure!

@NewUser653328 let’s revisit this in a year and see where he’s at. He is raw but he’s improved a lot from his Boro days and if things come together he has the attributes to be a monster. 24 so still plenty of time.
-
@xXMr_FishXx gotcha, thanks for the clarification
-
My latest hold Alphonso davies I think could double in price over the next year
-
Fabinho.
-
Messi.
He probably pays for himself over the year.
-
I know it's an obvious and boring answer but still it's Messi and Neymar for 1 year holds, you'll get divs each month of the year from both (not saying this as I have them, most traders do anyway, and most traders should in my opinion). Plus the two could rejoin at PSG next year (rumours), imagine the media madness for both.
Other good one so far this season looks like Robertson and he's reasonably priced.
If you're playing for divs that is.
As for CA well it's a bit unpredictable the Index for that, perhaps Mbappe as think he moves summer 2021.

As @Ericali and @Rajiv have mentioned, stick with the reliable PB earners for 2021. Far too much uncertainty with FI still to hedge bets on player rises by other means unless you like a gamble.
Messi in particular you can’t go wrong with using FIs current matrix - the guy often hits 180-220 and that’s without a goal / assist, he’s a beast even if his value does drop slightly over the next year due to age etc, which I doubt personally.
-
@Ericali 😂😂really?
-
Certainly Messi, but I don't like the idea of him joining PSG and splitting dividends with Neymar.
Joining Man City would boost his dividends massively and they probably need him at the moment!

@Ericali 😂😂really?
Ive got 33% return on him after holding for 119 days + a further div payment next week assuming he finishes in the top 4 of the TOTM - Looking nailed on for 1st at present, which would take it up to 35%
