How accurate is it. As what my bank tells me I've deposited is less than what the net deposit is on the history?
@NewUser123670 - email customer services and ask for a detailed transaction report. You can then cross check with the bank. Better yet call them.

They will call you with a random password as they send the file. You'll need this to access the data.
FYI they can take a VERY long time to send this (I waited 3 weeks). If you explain that you think there may be a discrepancy with the bank, that needs attention as a matter of urgency, I'm sure they'll priorise. Ringing is probably best, on reflection.

@NewUser123670 Pierre is right but also check you have the date settings on the transaction history set for your entire time on the index. Otherwise that might be why things don't add up.

If the bank says you've deposited less than what FI does then what's the problem? Surely that's a good thing?
