Anyone know exactly how they are calculated? I got £92 quid but was expecting the full amount.

@AndydfopT Done as much selling as buying so £12 seems like money for nothing plus the port is looking a bit better for us all🙂

@Marco27 Should be straightforward to calculate.
If you bought through bidding for players you get 1% of every buy
If you pressed Buy now and bought players you get 2%.
Maybe you bidded for players instead of buy now?

@DJ-110 I have a commission figure of £536 for 21 Jan - 31 Jan, at least 15% of this was buy nows, that's why I'm a little confused.

@Marco27 I thought it was just based on the Buys total in the qualifying period?
Admittedly its still a guess from there as they don't have sections for the 1% and 2% buys.
Customer Support will hopefully help better then me. Worth a go as £160 quid short isnt peanuts.

Does all that commission relate to bids or is some of it from sales?

@Marco27 Commission figure would include buy and sells. The rebate is only on buy/buy now. Could that be the reason?
I had 29 shares in Adrian Lopez for sale last week at 0.04. They all sold, but bizarrely one or more traders were buying them 1 at a time. They would have paid 0.04 + 0.01, so 25% commission. When all those buys are added up, they are only going to get a 2% rebate. It's small change, but it is another reason why the buy rebate might not match commission paid.

Perhaps you're right in regard to the buys, though they mention in the promo it's on matched bids so I assumed my offers would be counted. Regardless, My buys are almost 7k, of which at least 1.5k was buy nows. So in that case I still should have been given more than the £92 i think.
I've attached my summary for the period, please let me know if there is something I am not seeing.

There is a buy and sell commission, so you get a rebate on your Matched Bids but not on your Matched Offers. The buyer gets those.
You have Buys = £6,565.16 and Matched Bids = £4,306.59. The difference between the two figure would be Buy Now = £2,658.95.
£4,306.59 x 1% = £43.06
£2,658.95 x 2% = £53.17
Total rebate = £96.23I think this is correct.
