what is a hat trick worth

fck all on football index. pretty big deal anywhere else, gold award for strikers. commentator said when asked who the man of the match in arsenal vs leeds - aubemayang, has to be when its a hat trick. something so simple to address by rewarding goalscorers but sums up fi at the moment, backward.

nope, its just an obvious failing of the platform that has to be addressed. i actually backed saka in the match but fair play to aubameyang back to his goalscoring best.

mate ive got auba,...he was on 300+ at 70 minutes..then leeds scored and it put him back down 271!?
he was top striker for a minute and theyve played the metrics game, changed it...happened a few times ive seen before, haaland,...thiago silva....
the st ettienne guy maybe only has 50 owners....auba thousands?....cheaper to pay out on the diddy,

There are many MANY things that fI are guilty of, but fiddling the PB isn't one of them. The scores come from OPTA data, and he dropped those points because his goal wasn't the game winning goal any more.

@NewUser628679 my point is that as an owner of Bouanga I obviously dont want the other player scoring a hat trick to overtake him. Its been debated on here many times, I accept that goals win games but it appears that Aubamayang doesn't contribute much else. Players who touch the ball a lot, pass a lot, cross a lot etc make more contributions to the game, thus pick up significantly more points.
I've bought players that I know fit the current matrix. Again I appreciate that new users will expect players scoring a hat trick to do well but I also think its unfair to totally change the matrix to suit all new users. Changing the goal posts half way through peoples bets is exactly what has pissed everyone off most up to now.

All this sort of stuff, it's all just added up as they've constantly changed the rules to remove almost all aspects of fun and excitement from FI, it's just a chore now to keep up with all the convoluted rules.
I realise that I sound like a footstock employee, but that's an example of how keeping it simple and fun is much better.
The scoring matrix is simple, and the games are easy to understand, and when players play well, the score well on footstock. and the score is there for all to see right after the game, no snide overnight changes, it just works.
