Hi guys. So update on football ind-expo the trader event by traders for traders. This is 100% unofficial not FI affiliated.
Ive identified a venue in london near angel tube station. Tickets would be £20 a head but half of this gos straight onto the bar tab so you get two drinks free. Would run frpm 10-5 on a sunday.
Currently have interest in presenting from
Agatelo - the IPO profiler
Noirx4 - the data guy
FI trading journal - trade management
Who would you want to hear from as presenters or panelists??
Would you be interested in this event?
The presentations will be around trading strategies, data products, analysis and methods
@Noirx4 which Sunday?
@Lukeroro just liaising with presenters atm. As soon as i have confirmed availability from them will start to pin down a date
Very interested! Would depend on the date, but I think there could be some decent discussions held here.
Keep us updated mate.
@Noirx4 Sounds good mate. Being a midlands boy I don't think i'll come, but if you wanted to steam the talks I would pay a fee to watch and support your event. Then do one next year at the NEC and i'll come. :)
Depending on date i would be interested
I’d be in, as much notice as possible for cheap train tickets please
@Noirx4 what about FIG??
@Bernie-Madoff been in touch and he is interested in getting involved :)
Hey, I am good to participate and London is good for me. Single challenge is that I run a junior football team and therefore Sunday’s difficult until, usually early / mid afternoon.
I am an expert on Watford FC.... and have a distinct strategy that I now follow that has taken a little time to settle on. I think, as many people do early on with FI, there are a number of early errros that are avoidable that I can sure...
I would go
@Misto I live in Nottingham so it would be hard.
I'd also be up for a Midlands meet when the time comes!
@Happy-Hornet Ben Wilmot needs IPO-ing doesn't he....He's destined for big things isn't he?!!!
London is very out the way for me, but I'd be interested in this if it was ever closer to home. Think it's a great idea tho.
