Deposited money and can’t buy anything my accounts. Suspended anyone know what’s going on?

@NewUser166677 have you provided them with id or been contacted to provide id. This happens when you hit a certain amount in where you need to provide id to prove you are who you are

No haven’t been asked and it was my first deposit so don’t have a clue what’s going also can’t withdraw my money

don't worry, same happened to me, just need to send them proof ID and proof of address and they will unlock it for you

This kind of thing can happen when depositing into a site. Worth sending them a message as mentioned above to provide them your ID. After that's sorted it should all be fine. Good luck!

Driving licence will do, don’t give anything to anyone from the forum! Give FI a call or get on the live chat tomorrow and ask them what needs to be done to get you up and running

Only support I’ve had is from other users.. not really sure why’d they’d let me deposited a load of money I can’t withdraw knowing I am suspended

@NewUser166677 When I've needed CS I just called them. Answered in about 15 seconds, and got a very helpful chap on the phone.
Sounds to me it's just KYC, which they need to do by law. So just send your ID.

Try going on their website mate instead of app. Maybe a laptop or something? That’s the way I contact them directly if I need to.
