Don't no how long I'm going to go on

I know my footie,I watch all footie I invested,I'm just not making money out of it,is it because it's flat at the moment people not investing,my portfolio does not move if it does only been going down,will people pump money back in for the w/e?
-
@NewUser177482 how long have you been on here? I'd say the last few weeks/ months have been very flat but since I joined (7 months ago) this is the worst its been. I mean that in a positive way - things will grow and they always do. The people who stick with it benefit in the long run.
Patience is the most important attribute on here. Stick it out.
This is advice I followed and never regretted it. When things go skywards (and they will soon), your portfolio will grow rapidly and by the time you realise, it will likely be too late to reinvest, had you withdrawn.
A share split is around the corner, the G & A trial has taught FI a lesson and things can, and will, only get better.

@NewUser177482 it's a rollercoaster of love..

In same position. Patience is key my friend.

@Metropolis_山の中の市 thanks for advice,been on here about 6weeks,keep selling players (instant sell) to reinvest in different players, maybe I should stick with these players and wait for w/e.

Don’t know how long you’ve been on for but short term there’s a lot of footy coming up - champions league, europa league, midweek PL - so plenty of opportunities. Int breaks are always a bit of a dip.

@NewUser177482
Yes try sticking a bit longer. Constantly instant selling won’t help. Consider the rest of the season at least.

@Indexical cheers

I have been here 3 months and quite honestly threw money down the drain early on, instant selling left right and centre. I feel like I have learnt so much and it really is a massive learning curve. I’m currently 12% up on initial investment which I am happy with given the wasteage of early on.
I really think this platform will take off and if you look a year ahead we are the ones who have got in early. Just pick players for a reason and stick with them
-
@Wilba thank for advice won't instant sell no more.
-
@NewUser177482 It's not a question of never instant selling, it's about figuring out when it makes sense and when it doesn't . That comes with experience, and no one gets it right all the time. Try to have a clear idea of why you're buying someone and why/when you might want to sell them before you spend your money in the first place, that should help.

Just seen there’s a G and A announcement on Thursday so certainly worth sticking around for that!
-
Order books next year also, there was a screenshot on Twitter. That will encourage trading.

@NewUser177482 it’s natural to have troughs and peaks in any market. If anything it would be more alarming if the market was just constantly rising as then their has to be a correction. At least with a few flat points and troughs in makes it a more “natural” growth when it starts to go back up again. Hold tight, keep instant sell to a minimum and you will do fine.

@NewUser177482 I'm kinda repeating myself here, but I'm in a similar boat, don't know how much you've invested total, I've got 26k of my own money and I'm currently over 2k down, 80% my own fault 20% FI forced my hand with the G&A announcement, of course it's a slight worry but I'm going nowhere, I know the day i sell up it will be more than 26k leaving FI with me 😁 just stick it out mate, if you leave you'll end up looking back all the time and kicking yourself, onwards and upwards 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

@NewUser177482 I did the same earlier in the year when I started. Invest what you are willing to lose. But do not expect growth immediately. It is a long patient game. If and when you players grow, then you make the decision to hold or sell. But no point in buying to resell in such a short time. Cos you will lose out on your profits.
