FI app on Android down

Hello guys,is anyone else experiencing problems with FI app on androids today.it simply won't ope n on mine,tried to re-install,but still no joy

Does anyone know please, where to find the User Activity on the Android app? I can't find it there and have to go on the old FI website.

Mine is down but @Andy-M 's favourite person Nicola from customer service reckons the beta app is working.

So mine stopped working. It was because i was on beta. I have fixed it now as follows: Go to play store and to FI app. Then scroll down about half way and request to leave beta. Once done you can uninstall the beta app and install the non beta app.

Anyone's android app not working this morning? Is trying to find location just gets frozen there, never used to have a finding location before?

@Neil2265 yeah same here, looks like they've updated it as the background is different. Hopefully they will sort it soon its Champions League tonight

What are the benefits of using app over website? Website works just fine but curious to know what I'm missing out on.

@Hotspur I use both, website ain't great when being on the phone for a while. Depending on OS you have decent functionalities. On Android I know of dividends per player and profit/loss per player

@Hotspur I've always used the app on my phone. Find it simpler and easier to navigate than the website on my phone.
If i used a laptop more regularly would probably use the website though.

Had the same problem as described above all morning. Tried to open the app and it froze whilst searching for location. Was working fine last night.
Just tried uninstalling, restarting phone and re-installing and seems OK now. Bit of hassle but appears OK. New background and theme. Not sure about other features yet, but at least I can access it now.
Hope everyone else got it sorted?
