Any type of consistency for IPO's days? Seems very sporadic..

You're right, they're very sporadic at best. Sometimes 2 IPOs/Week, other times 2IPOs/Month. The latest list is out now, but they won't be released until tomorrow 12-2. https://footballindex.news/thursday-28th-february-2019-ipos/

Priced between 60p-90p. Cheaper than of late.

Would you need to be one of the first buyers in order to make a decent profit on the likes of Roberts or James? I haven't bothered with ipos yet but it seems like a lot of them just jump in price due to the fact that they're ipos regardless of talent.
