Had an email from FI requesting proof of id, address, job title and Bank details.
Quite invasive and I'm always sceptical of any emails requesting personal/confidential information.
I've been on FI since Jan and put in a decent amount without queries.
Have other users received said email previously?
THey shouldn't be asking bank details, no way.
@Dronny-Gaz I got the same thing today and called them and it seems legit as they don't ask for full bank details and the rest is just proof of identity and address
@Jad1982 thanks. I will give them a ring too.
Looked genuine, but you can never be too careful. Too many dodgy b######s out there!

@Andy-M It was card details, with the advice that I black out certain numbers. Wanted scanned evidence of both sides of card.
