euro U21 championships

with summer approaching and season coming to an end...attention will be majorly on the u21 championships.
im looking at investing in 5-6 youngsters to keep my interest over the summer. obviously england france and spain all looking to do well... and have already eyed a few players from these teams.
who is a must own?

Do they count to PB or ipd? If its just for media buzz... I'd expect major EPL transfer news to trump u21games most days!
