    Have you put in a few grand?

    If so... you might be at a point where they need you to send in a photo ID, to prove who you are.

    Check your email.

    (I'm saying a few grand, because that's how long it took before they asked me for ID, it might have been based on duration, rather than spend )

  • No that wasn’t it but thanks anyway. I sorted out the problem realizing that my virtual card had a different number than my physical card.
