I sold a share, on queuing and the money has not gone into my account.

On the que doesn’t mean it’s sold yet. You need to wait for someone to buy it off you. Give it a bit of time it will depend on how long the que is and how big the demand is for how long it takes to sell. You can I stand sell and take players off the sell queue.
