I noticed last night that I didn't get my £2 for Sterling's assist. Was about to call CS this afternoon until I saw the Twitter announcement. At least they've acknowledged this without having to be prompted by calls to CS.

I noticed last night that I didn't get my £2 for Sterling's assist. Was about to call CS this afternoon until I saw the Twitter announcement. At least they've acknowledged this without having to be prompted by calls to CS.
I've received my quid for Sterling's assist. Thought I had 200 qualifying shares, but only 100. I hope FI sort out these payments before the new traders arrive in the summer. It will be extremely off-putting for new traders if they have to be chasing payments because of errors.

These guys are scamming. Trying to say you have to hold share until dividends paid. Dividends paid between midnight and 3am. Sold some shares at 6am and they messed up and hadn't paid dividends. So basically now you have to hold and watch your player plummet due to their incompetence or you won't get paid out. Total nonsense

well, its a pain and does affect confidence. But I was paid out for Sane and Sterling early this morning with no need to call, chase or stress.
