Were we meant to receive confirmation email about partaking in summer bonus?

Not sure if we were meant to get one was just wondering if other people had. I haven't yet.
I opted in and got the message but no email as of yet.

I didn't get an email so contacted support. They confirmed that you didn't get an email, just the message on the opt-in page saying you had opted in. They also double-checked my account and confirmed that the opt-in had worked.

@Vespasian32 Guess I'll find out on May 1st. Any problems, I did get an email of the live chat confirming I was opted in.

Worrying how often they give the wrong answer. I know they are a knew team and busy... But if they aren't sure, would be much better to apologise and say they will get back to you!

I got an e mail confirmation yesterday (wasnt expecting one till it arrived) and I opted in on the day the bonus was announced. They may be behind but I would personally be a little concerned if everyone had one and i didn't.

It took 9 days for me to receive my email confirmation. I was happy with the onscreen instant confirmation message which I screen shot.

I never received an email so i just contacted them using the on line chat and Jordan confirmed that i had opted in.
