Then scroll down and fill in three line form.It doesn’t matter if you opt-in on the first day of the Promotion Period or the last day, you’ll still qualify for the entire respective Part of the Promotion Period

Just kidding, not sure why people are having issues, I'm trading from Sweden that doesn't even qualify, still managed to opt-in, you should give them a call tomorrow if it's still not working.

If I haven’t received a confirmation email but have opted in (twice, just to make sure), should I be worried?

@BangBang no such thing as confirmation email. Never had been for anything we've had to opt in for in 2 years. Just take a screenshot of your submission entry or something.

I think there are plenty of people are in this boat of not having received a confirmation email. Is this a problem or not really?

I took a screenshot of me opting in, just incase there was an issue. This would be my recommendation.
I have since received an email confirmation of opting in - but it appears plenty of people haven't received this email so as I said in the previous paragraph, I would strongly recommend taking a screenshot of you opting in (nothing wrong with opting in more than once purely for screenshot purposes)

What happens if you opted in after you made your investment? Should I still receive the 10%?
