Another fine mess you've gotten into π€¦π»ββοΈ

It's going to be a very expensive day for Football Index today, Star man was a defender for Udinese that didn't even play π€¦π»ββοΈ thankfully I didn't hold the actually PB winners, check your portfolio's guys n girls.
I'm sure CS will put a tweet after people start bombarding them with Emails π€£Actual winners yesterday
The mistakes

There is already a thread about this. You donβt need to start a new one every time you think of something.
-
Hold on for 5 mins chaps, I just need to get some Popcorn πΏ
Best Regards
A. Index
-
@Advinculas-Index Cancel your popcorn mate, I'm not going to even reply to him, I didn't see another thread and I don't really care, not going to be called out for trying to help people π
-
@Andy-M just to be a smart ass π the Laurel & Hardy paraphrase from the thread title should be "another NICE mess" not fine mess...
Welcome to the world of Mandela. π

'Another Fine Mess' is the title of a 1930 movie by said Laurel and Hardy, so technically you're both right ;)
-
But Laurel and Hardy banter aside, just how much money are FI pissing down the drain with these constant dividend payout errors!?!
-
@Ericali Strange because I remember FINE, i googled and it was interesting how many people mainly Americans say it was originally FINE and changed to NICE.
Also found this on Reddit

Wonder if it was originally FINE and changed to NICE π€
You made this thread more fun anyway π€£π€£
-
@Andy-M cue twilight zone music.... π
Incidentally, I remember them saying "fine" but apparently never said it - so who knows.
The only reference is the film that @ScouseSte mentioned...
-
@Ericali Laurel and Hardy may form a partnership at the heart of Utd's defence next season. They did tour theatres around the UK.
Can't do worse than the current lot.Get Fatty Arbuckle in goal behind them and CL football could be on the horizon
-
@Munchie63 Thought we already had Laurel and Hardy, i googled and was surprised to see they're called Jones and Smalling π€£π€£
-
@Andy-M stick with the light-hearted fun...
Did you ever watch this cartoon as a kid - Dick dasterdly & Muttley from Wacky races
On the song when it was coming on - what did they used to try to do to the pigeon? π€
-
@Ericali chasing it in a plane or something π€£π€£
-
@Andy-M fill in the blank....
"______ the pigeon"
-
@Ericali Catch π

Not anymore! π€£
It's now "stop"
Ahhh, whatever - I'll just accept it π
-
@Ericali I just listened and heard Stop the Pigeon, wouldn't surprise me if somebody has said CATCH is out of order, you know how the world is, soon we'll not be able to use words π€£π€£ completely off topic here but I was in Manchester and wanted to explain which person i was referring to, didn't know his name, was so embarrassing, can i say black, coloured, dark, brown π€¦π»ββοΈ I felt fckin stupid until he said black, obviously he was also black and wanted to help me out of an awkward situation.
We have similar things here in Sweden that people have said for centuries and all of a sudden it's not allowed and insulting, for the love of god π€£π€£
-
@Andy-M just say black πit's not a derogatory term, just the same if someone was to refer to me as white.
The way PC is going we will all have to play sharades to describe anything or anyone!
