Withdrawals after verification

HI guys, I emailed my identification verification last sunday regarding the new laws. i still cannot make any withdrawals on my account. I sent the support team another email yesterday and they still have not got back to me.
Has anybody else had any issues like this? If you have could you advise me how you managed to get it resolved please?

That said, FI are moving offices this weekend which may mean a slight delay.

@MrWh1te Cheers bud, much appreciated, yeah i just saw that. Its offline atm but ill give it a try tomorrow at a more reasonable time. I would like to hope that is what is causing the delay in response time, 6 days without any update after giving them all the info they asked for is kinda disconcerting tho.

@dionysusthyrsus I had the same problem but if you speak to them on live chat they can sort it straight away if you can't get through on that just give them a buzz
