Would have had all 3 if it was still top200 only....this is getting annoying. Havent won media divs for ages, way too random.
So got my first clean sweep of media madness dividends last night, so got me thinking about how much everyone has earned just in dividends so far?
I'm at £107.83, averaging £5.13/day so far....which equates to approx 1.5% return just from dividends in a month!! (Better than most annual returns in a bank account!)
Pretty pleased with that and long may the growth continue (Footie to 200k - here we come!)
Tim Leibold - left back for Hamburger in BL2. If they get promoted his PB scores should be very impressive or who knows, maybe a transfer to BL club. Current price = 48p.
Timothy Castagne - only 24, playing for Atlanta. Once Serie A resumes and with champions league continuing shortly seems a bargain at 88p.
Fred - has his critic, but his PB scores are really strong and has won a couple of times before covid. Gets a decent amount of media attention and if Utd kick on after covid (they have great remaining fixtures) then can't see why he wouldn't be a £3+ player. Current price = £1.65
Pique at 50p. Average pb of 120ish and will do even better with added aerial duals.
Bonucci at 37p. 6 top defenders and 1 star man.
Kroos at £1.45. Just super undervalued for his pb potential!
Think Goretzka is absolutely quality, big season ahead. Also a goal and assist for Coman who should also benefit from new pb changes....looking good!
Depends what you are looking for. If you want some cheap proven PB performers then I don't think you can go wrong with Bonucci and Pique:
Bonucci 37p - 6 x top Def, 1 x star man
Pique 51p - pb average of 109
Otherwise I like the look of some full backs in PB leagues like:
Kevin Mbabu -54p (ok just over 50p). Just joined Wolfsburg and Swiss international.
Kelvin Amian - 39p. 21 year old playing for Toulouse. was in French u21 squad and played a lot of 1st team football already.
Also Habib Maiga - 22p. Promoted with Metz, (was on loan from St Etienne, but now made move permanent). Will be playing in a pb league this season and still only 23.
Gabriel Jesus - so much potential and believe it's going to be his break out season (where he makes the replacement of aguero finally)
Nico Elvedi - got a big future and can see steady rise over a year. Linked to City where he could become one of the best
Leon Goretzka - along with Havertz is going to be the heart of the German team for euros. Already scores and assists for a top, top team. Still undervalued.
@Munchie63 Yeh but you have no idea how you are doing against other people (which is what you really care about!)
Is there any way to see your current score and / or how you rank vs other people?
Seems abit stupid running this kind of competition and being blind the whole time to how you are actually doing....doesnt bring any excitement.
Couldnt even see a way of seeing the results last couple of weeks...just know i didnt win any money!!
Thats cheeky of them.... hadn't realised. Thanks for the heads up (even if makes no difference to me)

@G27 I picked him in the free one ... very annoying. If implementing long term they should have some kind of sub feature (like fpl) or you can pick 8 players and the best 7 actually count towards your score.
Bloody 1006 points!
Missed out by 7 points because of netmar and ilicic
Still stupid you can't track scores over the weekend
@Victory What was your team?
Got screwed by Messi/Neymar not starting :(
Pretty pathetic that you can't track how you are doing/results... wont be paying again as loses half the entertainment.

Is this going on again this weekend?
Did they post results anywhere too for last week.
@Dan-The-Man said in IPD replacement. Thoughts?:
Just some quick math to show how truly horrific this change is,
On Sunday the 17th of January (last Sunday), 17 games were played which resulted in 43 goals and 10 clean sheets.
If we assume that all of those goals were strikers which pay out at 2p per goal (instead of defenders at 4p) that's £1.06 worth of goals and 20p worth of clean sheets.
I haven't looked at how many assists, but given that we're not factoring in any defender goals, let's be generous and say for every goal, there was an assist. So... on Sunday alone, that was £2.32 worth of IPD's paid out, never mind all of the other days of the week.
It's worth noting, Sunday the 17th was a low-fixture gold-day, with Ligue 1, not even in action. 17 games = 34 teams. Consider that the next 2 gold-days land on the 30th/31st of the month and there's 45 games across those two days.
If you think Liquidity was bad before hand, ask yourself what it's going to look like with only around 2% of the payouts flowing around the market.
I really have to agree. I've been positive that things would turn around eventually and have just been sitting on my port lately. I thought the announcement seemed ok as i read down the page, but then i literally scoffed when i saw the 1p / player / week payout. That is pathetic! doesn't compare to IPD's (i wasnt a massive fan, but was a nice litle bonus after you bought), and it's such a small fraction of any of the other PB payouts that i just cant see it stimulating the market or creating any liquidity.
Yes noticed some small rises earlier and now actually up 24hrs!
