RE: New Match Day Scoring Matrix
On the current scoring matrix already it scores
Total tackles 3 pts
Tackle won 5pts
Last man tackle 17 pts
Am I being daft but what's the total tackles points for?
5 for winning a tackle so 3 points for what?
That's a very good question. Thought I knew the scoring matrix really well but I'm guessing it's an attempted tackle? So successful tackle is 8 points?
May well be as it's also 3pts total crosses and 4pts successful cross.
So 3pts for sticking the ball in the box then 7pts if your player gets on the end of it. Which I get as if you put in a really good cross in the danger area it's still a positive play even if one of your team mates doesn't got on it.
But a missed attempted tackle. Is that a good or positive play?
RE: What does this mean?
This is what customer services once called it on Twitter...
The FOOTIE is a Sentiment Index that acts as a barometer of momentum within the Market; essentially, how well FI is performing.
So cleared that one up then 🙄
RE: Beta Site Update
All very helpful/interesting but please stop ignoring all the IPO questions. Even if they are months away please tel us so we can stop holding port money that could be appreciating on players. It’s not an unreasonable request!
I get the frustration but I don't think they are really his department.
RE: Portfolio advice
Some solid young players with potential to rise. Probably have to be patient with some of them.
Varnier is an interesting one that wasn't on my radar.
I think Perez might be popular with the IPD traders. So I'd be ready to sell up if he gets any decent rises leading up to a game or if he scored.
Maxi Gomez could be a good pick up. Just had a dip due to not moving to the premier league so pretty low risk of further significant losses. Ended up moving to a champions league team so plenty of upside.
I might be tempted to pick up a couple of the budget PB friendly players if I was you. Just to make it a little more diverse. Should still be more growth to come for them as the new season approaches.
