    • RE: Spreadsheet Question?

@Weedster I have separate lines for each transaction as that will make it easier to spot holdings you have had for three years.

If I sell a holding I make that line pale grey text. Then you can sort by font colour and have those at the bottom out of the way.

I originally had different worksheets for different types of transaction but then decided it was easier to have everything on 1 worksheet and use filters.

Jacob Murphy of Newcastle. Not for MB or PB but a good long term hold. He was on loan at Southend and I think he has a lot of potential.

    • RE: How are the Newbies getting on?

I started very slowly in January and got more serious in March. Despite making some silly man stakes, like buying players just because they are good footballers, I'm up about 12%.

    • RE: When is the best time to take your profit??

I have invested as much cash as I am prepared to risk. I am reinvesting all my dividends now. If I ever get to the stage where I am making a decent amount of money, say £100 per week, I may then start drawing out the dividends. But that is a long way off. Can't imagine selling up totally unless something goes drastically wrong with the site.

@dannypea I bought Griezmann cos I liked his long hair lol. Didn't sell him when he had it cut though as he does have football talent too.

    • RE: Gems from the club you support

@TOM201 I'm a Southend United fan so none likely to get on FI.

By we had Luke Amos of Spurs on loan last season and he definitely has potential. Not on FI yet., but I will be buying as soon as he is.

I have shares in Jacob Murphy, another ex-loanee.

@NewUser60527 Re Mbappe, Not if, like me, they have bought him for his long term potential.
