I just wanted to start by saying thank you for all your feedback on here over the last couple of days, having a passionate and engaged customer base is something we pride ourselves on at FI.
I agree that the forum is in need of an upgrade and improvements, however when a company is growing as rapidly as we are some tech projects (such as ones on the platform itself) must take priority. Upgrades to the forum are on the roadmap and I have consulted with users on here as to what they would like to see and we are always open to more suggestions.
I do keep an eye on what is posted here and moderate anything abusive/inappropriate however I apologise if I miss anything and please continue to flag any inappropriate content. We are currently expanding the social/community team and in the near future will have someone dedicated to looking after the forum. In the meantime, I will endeavour to be on here more regularly and answer any questions I can.
Lastly, I can assure you that if I had Rolex money knocking around the first person to get one would be me and please don’t try to summon me in your mirror…….
We’ve recently removed some threads that we deemed inappropriate. I’d just like to remind you that this is a public forum intended for discussion around Football Index.
Hopefully it won’t get to this point but we will consider banning users that continue to post inappropriate content on here.

Duplicate Deposit Issue
We’ve been working with our engineering team and our payment processor to resolve an issue with duplicate deposits. If you have experienced this issue we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We’ve seen this on the new version of the iOS app when users tap the ‘continue’ button on their bank's 3D Secure page in a transaction using their saved card. In the interim we recommend any deposits are made via the website.
If you have received a duplicate charge, please contact support and we will be able to cancel the transaction. We had initially seen a very small number of users affected, who we responded to directly, however this has grown.
However, if you have already withdrawn the funds, it will be quicker to receive that withdrawal than to cancel the transactions made in error.
