I just wanted to start by saying thank you for all your feedback on here over the last couple of days, having a passionate and engaged customer base is something we pride ourselves on at FI.
I agree that the forum is in need of an upgrade and improvements, however when a company is growing as rapidly as we are some tech projects (such as ones on the platform itself) must take priority. Upgrades to the forum are on the roadmap and I have consulted with users on here as to what they would like to see and we are always open to more suggestions.
I do keep an eye on what is posted here and moderate anything abusive/inappropriate however I apologise if I miss anything and please continue to flag any inappropriate content. We are currently expanding the social/community team and in the near future will have someone dedicated to looking after the forum. In the meantime, I will endeavour to be on here more regularly and answer any questions I can.
Lastly, I can assure you that if I had Rolex money knocking around the first person to get one would be me and please don’t try to summon me in your mirror…….
