@Dan-The-Man its good because it gives the platform legitimacy and it means that going forward player prices better reflect their underlying value. I certainly didnt think you were having a go. However i just dont want to be lumped in with some kind of blindly following group of people with no critical thinking ability as i too was always sceptical about order books. However, im just trying to evaluate things as they come.
Some of my concerns have been dealt with; i was always concerned about whether there was enough liquidity for an order book system and these concerns have long disappeared. However some remain. For example what happens in a system where people no longer want any of the thousands of circulating lionel messi shares with no demand and no way of removing the shares when he really nears retirement?
You were one of the hardest hit in all this due to your strategy and i think we could all agree that we would all pissed off about all of this in your position as under the previous terms of the bets your strategy was very successful and your buys were very clever. However in the long run, mehdi taremi and the like will never even be close to winning a dividend and thus shouldnt have any value imo.
Im just trying to not be reactionary and was originally just trying to explain that the drops mean nothing and profit figures shown today are much closer to the correct figures (in the current system).
