@NewUser275372 Having outdated information on the website isn't great and needs fixing asap, but it doesn't prove that this is a ponzi scheme. There's no link between the two. Seriously if you take such a dim view of this then why are you still here!?

RE: jacob murphy @53p
@Liamsaunders096 He's forth choice out of possibly the worst collection of wingers the Toon have had in my lifetime. Obertan did more in a Newcastle shirt and that really is saying something.
Also 23 is ancient in the eyes of most traders these days. As a fan I hope he proves me wrong but there's been little evidence to the contrary. Championship player at best. Josh does look a bit better from the little I've seen of him.
RE: Unorthodox strategies
Although it's not as unorthodox, I have been adopting a high risk strategy as of late. Instead of targeting divs though I go for short-term price rises, mainly relating to recent performances/upcoming fixtures. For example I bought 200 Javier Hernandez at £1.02 on Sunday night and sold to market just before the Cardiff game for £1.25. I risked about 50% of my available capital for that trade but it paid off.
This works for me as I have a small amount of money in the index really, started with £150, now have about £465ish. When I've tried to spread risk and hold players during this cycle it's been a bloodbath, but I feel I can spot the handful of predictable rises needed to make my 20% a month target. When I've spotted one I go in big and stick to my exit strategy.
It's what's working best for me currently although that will change at some point. I hate international breaks...
If you decide to sell him I would definitely wait until Wednesday morning. Roma play CSKA in the champions league and he has a superb scoring record in Europe so far (5 in 3). I reckon you'll be able to shift to market fairly easily then as opposed to instant selling now. May even get back to your buy price or slightly above.
RE: Ok I know it's 6 months away
This summer just gone I made a big list of cheap undervalued PB players in May/June with a view to buying much closer to the start of the season. There was an international break in March where it seemed some PB only players went down in value so thought I had lots of time. I didn't.
Within weeks the majority in my list had flew and I felt I missed the boat. I was loaded up on world cup players and transfers at the time. I couldn't believe players like Depay were flying up north of £3 when they weren't going to return anything for 2/3 months. The 'get in early' hype went mental.
I also learnt that when there aren't games every week, there is no data to dispel theories about how good a player is or could be for PB, and the hype can take over big time. Then there's the likes of Odoi who nearly hit £4 as he was surely going to break into the first team...
Next summer, I will be ready.
RE: Red October
I have done well this month, in line with the last 3 where I've managed around 20% growth each month, however I'm a pretty short-term trader with a small portfolio so it's easier for me to pivot and adapt to things like this. I also never touch the big boys.
I had some players dropping after the announcement so sold a lot, and bought players who I may have considered anyway but the new dividend may have given them some extra juice. For example I bought Haller 4 days ago for £1.55 and he's currently sitting at £1.88. Reckon there'll be a few more lump on tomorrow and I should be able to shift to market for a tidy profit.
The new dividend seems to have improved the pre-match and in-play flip possibilities, but not much else. Even though it seems to be good for me I understand the frustrations of others and think caution is probably justified at the moment. However, if this trial turns into something permanent then I think the market should settle down, especially if they make some tweaks. I think it's the uncertainty more than anything else that's causing the malaise we're currently seeing.
RE: Real Madrid strikers
@NewUser113421 Considering you've mentioned Mariano Diaz in 3 recent posts I assume you already know the answer to this question!? A+ for effort.
For what it's worth if he bags a few goals his price will go up, poor PB scores or no. Just the way the market is these days. Also, apart from the Barca game Real have some decent looking fixtures.
