I'm 40, slim and a Scorpio, I like long walks in the countryside and leaving my kids in remote locations hoping they won't find their way home
Looking for a strong independent man, no hook ups...
I've explained it to the wife, who looked at me like I'd spent all our savings some magic beans on my way back from the market...😆
I'll stick my neck out and say before it's ready...:)
@NewUser366897 you accepted the Terms when you signed up...
PLEASE BE AWARE:
More generally, we periodically update the Game Rules from time to time, which may have a material impact on your open Bets, and may change how you place or 'cash out' of Bets and/or otherwise use the Service.
Surely it depends on how much he paid and how long he's had them for?! If he paid £4 a share then he's still laughing, if he paid £10 a share then he's about evens, if he paid £14 quid then at least he still has 2.5 years to go, unless you know that there's no point saying he's lost shit loads!?
@Terrier I did wonder that, or if they've moved it from the main text to make it more prominent, who knows!
@Dan-The-Man you're quite right, it was just a thought, do you have a link to the gambling commission website showing that what they've said in their terms and conditions is illegal?
I can't see that FI have broken any laws, I'd argue that this from the gambling commission;
'When you place a bet with a licensed gambling business, you enter into a legally enforceable contract with that business.
The gambling business must make the terms and conditions of the bet available to you. You should make sure that you are familiar with the terms and conditions and that you understand what they might mean, especially in the event of any changed circumstances around the bet, before you decide whether to place the bet'
So basically you need to be aware of the terms and conditions before placing a bet! This is covered clearly in FIs terms and conditions as they state they may make changes?
'More generally, we periodically update the Game Rules from time to time, which may have a material impact on your open Bets, and may change how you place or 'cash out' of Bets and/or otherwise use the Service'
Just a thought?
I would like to see a simplified format to get people investing in all 3,000 players on the index and not just the 8 or 9 that can earn dividends under the current format... Otherwise it simply can't continue to work!
I kind of get what you mean, but 14 different players have won divs (not even counting IPDs) in the last 3 days alone...hundreds of different players won divs last season!
What would make sense is a point based system like the promotion back in March I think it was?
