      Hi all,

      I've just hit my goal about doubling my investment on FI and this inspired me to write this post. I "only" joined Football Index in June 2018. I didn’t know much about trading traditional stocks, but I was interested in them. On the beginning I couldn’t understand how it works but slowly with massive help from other traders (thnx a lot for all of you),learned on my own and others mistakes, I managed it and now I feel more confident and comfortable about it. I also used to place recreational sports bets which I seemed to do "OK" but usually ended up down. I also enjoy fantasy football.
      It has turned out to be a fun way to make a bit of money and if used sensibly, there isn't too much risk involved. But it was not always like that, of course... If something is/went "wrong" just be calm and patient and it will all be sorted as long as you don't panic and follow their policy.

      Football Index is the world’s first football stock market, offering a completely new way to trade. Instead of the traditional way of betting on the outcome of football matches at the bookies, you can Buy & Sell footballers with real money. Whether it’s for fun or serious financial gain, Football Index is guaranteed to provide you with hours of entertainment. This is a chance to buy footballers for your portfolio using the knowledge you have about this beautiful game!

      Overall, Football Index is providing you the opportunity to use your footballing knowledge to make money in a more engaging way than traditional gambling. You still get the “buzz” from usual betting methods but if that "bet" doesn’t go your way you still have a chance for the next "bet"with that same investment! It’s a game changer. Whether you’re a casual player or are in it to make some real money, Football Index is a fun and exciting hobby for football fans. To be honest with all of you, IMO "It’s a must for every football fan".

      I absolutely love Football Index.

      Can’t recommend Football Index highly enough. Definitely one of the best decisions I’ve ever made making my first small deposit here...£10.
      But of course that was not enough, so I finished on £2850! And after nearly 10 months I achieved 100% ROI! A true investment (as opposed to pure gambling) and many ways to make money...and more importantly no longer losing money with traditional football betting.
      You can make money in a variety of ways to play- media dividends, performance dividends, in play dividends (goals, assists, clean sheets) & price rises - cap app... and doesn't matter if you are hardcore buyer with massive budget or small player with £50 - its for everyone :]

      I understand it's a young company going through a lot of change... Still slightly too many technical errors but...slowly improving and going in right direction. It just keeps getting better and better. An innovative product that has been profitable for many, many of us with a very exciting future ahead.

      Being the first of its kind, it could be one of next big things to hit the sports betting world. With more and more people signing up, prices of shares are set to go up with demand increasing, so it's a great time for all of us.

      This post has been written to express my thoughts and share my experiences with this platform and to encourage you to do the same. I would like to hear about your thoughts and experiences with FI so far ?

      @SgtSnowman
      But everyone knew what was going to happen so don't understand the rush for IS etc...
      Port should be ready weeks before, not yesterday!

      Kane - was below £9 few weeks before,
      Sterling - I read every day the number of posts that he will rise ble ble ble, again he was just £8+ a short time ago,
      Messi - what can I say here... He was, is and should be player in mostly ports,PB monster, below £15 in Feb for example!
      Kimmich - PB monster who was sitting at £7 long time /few days ago....
      Pogba and Naymer - Kings of FI from ages (not from yesterday) 'must' players for PB/MB for everyone...

      And young players like Zaniolo, Bruno, Dembele, Felix, even Sancho will bounce back very soon!

    • RE: Players That Have Bottomed out

      Hi mate,
      First welcome on the board :] and good luck in future...
      I dont now your budget and strategy but I can tell you there is huge numbers of players with massive value to take - they just waiting and after SS will be more and more ...
      The point is (very important) that ppl prep ports for SS and as well new traders joining platform like never before !! You can see that in everyday in 2019 - is good because all of us enjoying when ports are green ;] but some of the players IMO went too high (Sancho, Vinicius, Dembele, CHO, and some like Paqueta, A. Davis, Joao Felix, Greenwood etc- ppl forgot or dont know nothing about PB/MB and the rules of Football Index - for sure many of them never read Game Rules etc... and that why there is plenty value elsewhere )...
      When I joined FI in June Pogba was £6 and ppl was saying is too much for him (me too :[ ) because the dividends are too small etc...!! Now, ppl buying overpriced player (at £6-£8+) who never won PB/MB or dont have chance atm because dont playing in PB league or so - they follow trends and thats it - joining forum and read that after SS that kind of players will fly so they can gain massive profit or they dont want lose the chance to join the 'train' etc- maybe...but whats will happen (IMO it will happen quicker then they think) when they start crash and many will see red in ports etc...
      There is many players who raising as well because of transfer link - that will stop very soon and they will crash as well - Barella hit £3.30 now £2.50 and I can bet many on red ...
      Ppl jumped on Dembele when he was £6 - news was that Messi will be rested - bang ppl joined 'train' and over £2 in few h ...yes he is prospect but £8+ for player who never won div - very strange because is many many below who winning PB regularly!! This is not good and is going in wrong way - but probably nobody care because profit is big and bigger then div...
      Back to point, name few...
      Rony Lopes - 23yo attacking midfield, Monaco in trouble so very possible that they will relegate from League 1 so big boys will come for him...and more from Monaco like Tielemans, Golovin, Grandsir, A. Toure etc
      Andre Silva - 23yo, loaned from AC Milan to Sevilla - very good first half of the season - won div, hit £3.20 and lost form - finger crossed for second half, Europe League goals and summer transfer because Piatek arrived and Cutrone is there...
      Lacazette - very good striker, good for G&A, Europa League - big chance to get far, hit £4.20 , after SS 70p ish
      Jonatham Bamba - young, very good midfield of Lille, won 18p PB so far...transfer links to bigger team in Europe, if Pepe will leave main player for nxt season and dont forgot there are sitting at 2nd position in the ligue 1 so very possible CL nxt season - bargain!
      Bertrand Traore - another from Ligue 1, good first half of season, won PB 24p and raised to £3.30, transfer links, CL, if Fekir/Depay/Cornet will leave he'll be main striker/wing ...
      Bentancur - compere to other young players on his position on FI this guy is one of the biggest bargain, future of Juve and Uruguay, good PB base, starter, CL...transfer links in future
      Aissa Mandi - good defender, hit £2.20 , still in Europa League, links to Arsenal today
      Sterling - cmon just £8 :/
      Pjanic - with PB base 113 and max PB 221 below £3, CL and winner of Serie A this season ??
      Griezman - another player who won PB and has good records at £6 ( was at £5 in 1st week of 2019!! crazy)- that is what Im talking about - WC winner , still young, transfer links to Barcs, PSG, Man UTD, good PB ....

      Last thing mate, do your own research and dont follow other to often because you will be puzzled!
      Sometimes is better to go in opposite direction then others ;]

    • RE: Your Worst HOLD

      @Etch86
      Hi,

      I thought I need to change something in my port because after BIG BOOM prices went up like crazy but about 60% of my players stayed on the same level or went down/slightly up ! From 20% profit I went down to 13% and I was scary that's not the end!! I felt like my players and only mine don't wanna move at all!!I was thinking what is going on?!Unlucky or bad choices i made!? So I made a post and asked traders for help (thnx again guys) what to do keep, reinvest...I knew (?) that players for long term not gonna increase in days/ weeks but I couldnt just sit and wait with fingers crossed when other youngs were flying ... as well I knew that I have to increase profit asap before gonna be to late if I wanna follow other traders who are going for the players who are performing or are in the media at that time. Few people gave me really good advice and show my different way!I didnt change completely my strategy. I just re-invest some £££ of my port (and that was about month ago) but I still have long term and I believe they are worth to keep 'longer'...and yes, I still think young players (but not all) are profitable long term(I wrote few stupid things month ego when emotions took over but...). The worse thing happened to me then is that I lost patience with some players. One fella on this forum told me: 'Patience is the most essential thing you can have on FI'. Hmmm, he is right, agree but not for everyone and not always IMO. Sometimes we have to change strategy, be more flexible because marked moved on but some players not and not sure there will....

    • RE: The Times, They Are A-Changing

      Hi,
      Good post mate and not the first one :]

      I said that before and repeat - FI is a trading platform and is nothing wrong when WE 'trading' instead siting and waiting for divs in long term strategy!

      Yes, WE spotted a pattern/trend and found a way to win by getting in early and selling out before the game starts ( with low risk). So what!? That how index is working. You have to play the game on front of you, read the market and adapt to the way is working atm, not in nxt year or in 3 years later. Flexibility is important in the same manner like diversification and patience!

      If you are playing long term strategy, its fine...I'm not saying sell whole your port and invest money in IPD players but you can time to time react by switching the port (maybe 20% or more?) in right time or reduce share in Big Boys/stagnant players! Dont stubborn to long with long term strategy (with some players) cuz you can always bck to them with bigger amount of money, simply!
      If this pattern/trend slow down (it will IMO) will be another one, like always....
      I've learnt that to be successful on the index you need TRADE smarter then others by flexing to the market trends, different phases of the season and to be ahead of the changing cycles.

      Long term strategy with diversity in portfolio and patience is the best thing for 'new users' (and not only:] )to learn how the market is working, spot the patterns/trends and with really small risk, safe holds make profit. But more experienced traders (IMO) should know when and how to switch the port to adapt to the market and increase/maximalize profit from that !

      Happy trading :]

    • RE: Targets for this season?

      Hi,
      In April, after 10 months on FI I reached my 100% ROI with £2,8k and I said that I wouldn't deposit any more and withdraw but well...
      Few things have changed, I added some money and took out some too! 😒

      My target is 5 digit port before Xmas and nothing less then another 100% before first kick off of the season 2020/21!! Any dividends are welcome but not necessary cuz I'm not dividends hunter!

      Good luck and happy trading everyone 🤓

    • RE: Divedends do NOT drive the market in any way, shape or form.

      Ive been here 11 months and I was NEVER interested in any dividends, even when Pogba was £6 only (old money hihi), cap app for me it's what I'm here for...!!
      It's not just dividends that drives the market. There are many more things that ppl can even thing... There are too many ways to make money on this platform and dividends are not the ONLY one.

      But yes, I'm buying players with good PB, MB or IPD history/monsters but only when cheap. Then I sell them, when they RISE, for 'hunters' who play long term strategy and like gaining dividends. You have to be quick enough and be smarter than others, react, buy & sell in the right moment! It's trading platform for me, not dividends collection point.

      Take an injured player for example - I don't care if he won any before injury or will win after bck - I'm buying on deep and selling when he starts rising, easy money - did that twice with Kane and I don't care how many dividends he won or will win in summer or nxt season!!

      How many time have you made money on Vardy or any IPD player? Bought on Monday sell on Friday, you don't have too HOLD too long to make money like some ppl think, and I don't care what potential player has to be dividend earner!

      Capital appreciation is more profitable and until platform matures and dividends come into BIG things I'm playing this game my way...!

      @stumac85

      I asked about it in other tread but...

      I thought, that more ppl will be interested cuz it very important for traders who played that game - specially now when players can be buy on deep!
      Everyone is focused on summer media and transfer rumours but IMO its time for nxt step!
      Anyway its not confirmed official but I asked about it...

    • RE: £1k to deposit on 1 player who you choosing and why?

      @Kemo20

      Mendy is fit... In last 6 games Angelino played 4 games and Mendy 2(NCL, Chelsea and after poor performance in both last 2 on the bench included City v Utd) and 4 times was sitting on the bench. Zinchenko will be first choice but it's just my opinion 👍

      Sensi / Brozovic...yes there is competition but even that Sensi is still PB contender for sure, specially now with EL👍

      Rash, hmm looks like you made decision mate, good luck with him 👍

    • RE: £1k to deposit on 1 player who you choosing and why?

      @Kemo20
      I asked for preference and strategy cos like u see lots of different players suggested already and mostly not for you...

      Def -
      TAA, its hard to add anything else mate, one of the best hold on FI on his position, young, English, Euro, PB contender week in week, - 50p from peak 👍
      Zinchenko, first choice LB for Pep, still didn't rise like others full bcks, very good PB, CL, Euro
      Emerson, LB for Italy, Euro, CL, good PB, - 25p from peak
      I'm not going with Kimmich, Pavard, Digne or Pereira cos of group F... Probably you can find few cheaper options but it will be hard to tick all boxes, as well CL/EL or transfers in summer (for long term) but with deeper reaserch you should find some gems 👍

      Mid -
      Sensi, looks like Inter will play EL so I can imagine they will go to the final, will be bck after Xmas, January so will rise easily, Euro, PB contender (as well Brozovic and Barella even if they playing in the same team you should get 20-30% ROI before Euro, a specially from Brozovic ), - 30p from peak
      Sabitzer, CL, Euro, good PB player just lost form atm, - 50p from peak,
      Kovacic, there is a post or few about him, IMO still value in him, Croatia 2nd on World Cup and definitely will be strong enough in this competition for sure (anyway Rebic and Vlasic very cheap atm, Vlasic very very friendly PB player, if he will get transfer to PB league will double for sure)...
      Pjanic, very good PB player, - 50p from peak, Juve should get deep in CL, Euro play off...
      And maybe Eriksen, Pellegrini or Fernandes (with transfer to PB league) 🤔

      Rash is strange one...im not sure who will be play Euro on the left 🤔 Cos only on that position he's a 'good player for PB'... when he was playing 9, his PB score was different (🤔) Yes, he proved that he can play like a stiker and can be dangerous (start of the season) but on the left he's more like a dribbler, more possession, shouts etc...and don't forgot he took penalties in last games!
      Always after good performance on the forum you will see posts about him and how much will he go up etc... There is a thread about him, pls read... and one lad said that in year time he had 63% cap app and 13% divs from him 🤔But the point is, he jumped in price (late Nov? ) not because of his performance only because ppl lumped £1000s after notification that Jose was sacked!! Rash was £4.50 ish around Feb... 🤔And from that time his price jumping from £3.5-4ish to £5 after good performance (check graph) !! So do you think he will deliver something special in 2020 or we will see still the same United and Rash cos his game depends a lot from how United will perform!

      Neymar, why? Because he's sitting on the top for long time... 🤔 When he last time won any divs!!
      Ppl forget that many here predicted he would be a £10 before Xmas (like Pogba £8 if he stay at Utd) 🤔 😂
      From now we need over £2mln to push his price to £10(pls someone can check that cos my maths isn't the strongest), no chance at that market!

      Like I said, FI increased divs but didn't increase % to win them! Why someone will pay £10 in future when we can't push players above £8 atm?? 🤔

      We will see what 'new marketing strategy ' will bring in January and then new divs review before new season! So till that simply, NOBODY till Euro 2020 🤪😮😂
