My interpretation of it is that if he signs before his 18th birthday he will also need his parents to sign the deal. Don't see that as a big issue but the main issue appears to be that his agent can't receive commission if acting for a minor player. Therefore by waiting to the 15th of July, his agent will get money for brokering the deal.

Not sure if that only applies in France but it implies that is what is holding up any deal with St etienne. Not saying that's where he will end up but the article was written by a st etienne associated page.

Jumping on this thread because it's to do with minting.

The big jumps we have seen since Saturday is because walls are getting broke down and the buy now is price is jumping considerably.

Following this I have invested in players who are off their previous peak substantially in the hope that a good performce will see their price rise rapidly as walls are broken.

I thought this would be a viable strategy because FI couldn't stop the rise with minting of new shares until they hit their previous peak.

However, take rakitic tonight. His 1 year graph shows his peak as 78p but FI are minting shares on him at 67p. Would this not mean that they have issued shares in him at 67p through to 78p twice in the last year?

So if another player is substantially off their peak, what is to stop FI from minting new shares at a lower price point than their previous peak?

If anyone has any views i would appreciate clarity if my understanding is wrong.

Seen that he was playing as a wing back again tonight.

Decided to check the juventus squad on the official website. They have classified him as a defender this season. Last season he was classified as a forward on their website.

It's laying the groundwork for a positional change and I think it could be imminent. I've bought in on this gamble. As a defender he becomes a real PB threat week in week out.

Being linked with PB leagues last summer and winter window. Solid links this summer with seville and roma. More so with seville to take reguilon's place.

Listed as midfielder but plays as a LB and a change of team would hopefully be accompanied by a change of position.

Attacking fullback that pitches in with a few assists and goals. Appears that he would suit seville style. At 31p taking the gamble on a move to a champions league team seems worth the risk.

Lequipe reporting the deal to st etienne is done. Announcement on 15th.

Hopefully good for playing time and good for his price.

Pray for an upset against PSG in the cup for european football as well but highly doubt it

It has long been thought of that Opta pulls their data on position directly from club websites. Although, this has never been confirmed. Wolfsburg have Baku listed as a midfielder so until this changes it is unlikely his FI position will change.

@Ddr haha, the uproar it would cause but I agree. Easiest way to ensure terms aren't broke but would set a really bad precedent that I think would cause too much distrust

I'm gutted as well. I had commented on the other post a couple months back saying I had bought specifically for the position change. So I had traded for the position change.

I've sent an email to FI as I feel FI are only disregarding Cuadrado holders as they will be minimal.

Here is the the solution I proposed:

"A solution to honour Cuadrado holders whilst also keeping the masses happy would be to pay out on Cuadrado's finishing position as defender whilst also paying out 3 places for the other top 3 defenders. This will done as courtesy on one occasion and the games rules will be updated in due course to reflect position changes.

To minimise liability, Cuadrado's score could be taken into account in the midfielder rankings. Meaning should he finish in a winning position only 3 midfielder dividends will get paid out at their respective rates.

This solution will ensure Cuadrado holders bets are honoured under the terms the bets were placed, all defenders who were due to be top 3 before the change of position will be paid out accordingly and midfielders will be paid out on the basis of Cuadrado not having changed"

I'm not confident of it happening but we will see. Seem reasonable?

Only 26 which for a defender os young.

Has shown in the past that he is capable of decent PB scores.

Big issues with injuries and wont be first choice but with the busy Xmas period it is likely that he will get game time in the immediate future. Just need to hope man city can keep a clean sheet and he doesn't get subbed.

Down from £1.50ish under the old pricing so the potential to grow on the back of a decent PB game or two is massive

If he can stay fit he will be in and around the france team for euros as well.

Alternatively, if he cant oust cancelo he may look for a move. This gives a potential day or two of media as he will most likely go to a top team in another PB league. At a top team he would hopefully be first choice and then in contention for PB again.

Luca pellegrini, buy now 39p :

Young Italian left back on loan at genoa. Unfortunately he is listed as midfielder which won't help him for pb just now but that will hopefully change in the future.

This one is more of a punt i guess but he is getting game time in seria a at a young age.

Down from a peak of around £1, so again, potential to grow quickly as walls are broken.

On the books of juventus but is on loan with no option to buy, so there is the slim possibility thst he might be in around the juve team next season.

He made his debut for Italy in the last international break so it is clear he is thought of highly in the national set up. Unlikely to get game time at the euro but may be a squad player and you never know what can happen.

Genoa are playing the next 2 Monday nights. One silver 5 game day and a bronze game day. One can only dream of an early PB win but don't count on it.

With the best part of 15 years left in his career , picking him up for 30p is a gamble i thought was worth it.

@SDOAFIT I had this thought myself. The only i issue i see with it is that it would put traders who bought at the previous peak at a disadvantage.

Unless FI can establish they bought all the shares that were minted higher than what they are minting now I wouldn't be happy if I had previously bought higher.
