Just bought 27 Rakatic because I drank too much wine. Meant to buy some Moses too.

RE: Goalies are moving...??
@Agatello "Football Index is a device for transferring money from the impatient to the patient" Warren Buffett (maybe) - we've got three years for this goalie trade to come in!
-
RE: Gareth Bale
I think so - it was only a few months ago he was having his spec-tac-u-lar CL final.
He's going to carry on having games like that for a few years yet ...

RE: Thursday 21st IPO Bargains - WOW
@Agatello i've enjoyed joining the Vitolo train following the posts here! costa back to £4 for me. i reckon the old guard - costa, suarez, cavani are under-valued. rises due from Jan through to WC

RE: Thursday 21st IPO Bargains - WOW
@Agatello In that light a Costa/Vitolo double could be the trade of Jan!

RE: England Squad
Talking about Rashford before England games is hardly KGB style misinformation

RE: Confused!
You can trade any time - things are slightly different today because of the share splits - otherwise things would be quiet because it's post-england and no PL games etc. It's worth being patient & getting a feel for things, especially with when the busy league days are back

RE: 3 x share split what your opinions?
@mike778 you must be flying these days, Mike?!

RE: Leverkusen--brandt/havertz
4% interest on an investment is pretty good isn't it? Same as decent shares, better than money in a bank, & interest rates aren't likely to rise. Then there's player price rises on top - which is down to individual choices. Plus football is a proven product; unlike coins, & coins were all about price rises. I'd rather own a Peter Crouch share than a Kanye West coin. Plus the whole thing is fun anyway.

RE: Denis Suarez
The Arsenal squad is really average & Ramsey/Ozil, prob the most talented and interesting players are being frozen out - I think, sadly, it's a squad to avoid in general now. Similarly with Chelsea. Might as well buy Liverpool/Man U/talented youngsters in the PL and be done with it

RE: Rashford vs. Firmino
It tends to be the steady dividend builders who survive, when the masses get a kick

RE: Price difference from of Kane to other big boys
Though, to be entirely fair, he's a new project on the go, is worth 50 million & is a member of the Order of Merit - could be worse

RE: Price difference from of Kane to other big boys
I'd just like to remind the world Tim Berners-Lee invented the internet, walked past the British Library without patenting it, then gave it away for free. In no way could this be characterised as "nice but dim".
Actually, on second thoughts ...
