I listened using my secret earpiece while working in the bakery this morning. Great work. Cheers!

RE: Advice needed on selling players
You might miss out on a bit of profit selling on the morning of a match day. Their prices will likely be a bit higher just before and during and after the match. They should sell quite easily on a match day like the one you mentioned.
RE: Takefusa Kubo
Looks like we both bought in at around the same time. I wouldn't worry as long as long as you're able to hold for a long time. We might be getting a pretty good price in the long term. I expected Kubo to be a long game.
A La Liga loan would be exciting and great for his short term price. I'm sure he'd get assists and plenty more hype video compilations made about him but I'm starting to feel that he'll be at Castilla for a while based on what Zidane has been quoted as saying. I'll keep looking out for news on him.
Looks as if he's getting a bit of a rest just now so I don't expect any upward movement any time soon. Hoping he dips and dips so I can buy more and bring the average price down.
Have you seen any articles along these lines? https://tribuna.com/en/realmadrid/news/3437729/
The tone of the article is contradicted by what Zidane is quoted as saying towards the end of the article so I'm going with what he's said for now.
So for me it's- top up when lower price and expect long hold.
I look forward to seeing how he gets on.
RE: Takefusa Kubo
The loan move hasn't happened and the Valladolid manager has refused to comment.
Kubo's not been registered for the first team because of the 3 non-EU player rule, along with Rodrygo.
Will be interesting to see how far he dips. I'll be stocking up for a long term hold.
I think people will probably hype him up even if he's just playing for Castilla. Also, there will likely be a few more Japan caps this year.
RE: Sub 20p players list!
@Sam-L I saw you just bought in. looks a great shout @Ben_pz . If only I could bare to sell someone else to be able buy in. I put my remaining funds for the month into Barasic. Cheers for reminding me of him @NewUser337116 I have great memories of him from last seasons Football Manager game :)
RE: portfolio advice so far
A few ideas for you.
You can often get much higher percentage rises from the very cheap players and you can afford to buy them in their thousands. You can get a lot of profit from the very cheap players rising as you'll have many thousands of each. I would recommend the sub 20p,40p etc. threads to get an idea of how to spot promising cheap players to load up on.
Most of your players look like good long-term holds but some could have been bought cheaper in the following days and weeks by watching and researching. Try and figure out why players have dipped and if you should get more when they're cheaper to bring down the average buy price if youre confident in their long-term.
I think its good to have a mix of everything ie. short, medium, long-term, Performance buzz, Media Buzz, cheap, expensive etc. Especially as you have the funds to do this right off the bat.
Sometimes having the nerve to hold a player for a really long time can pay off big. It's a bad feeling when you sell all of your shares in a player who then proceeds to skyrocket. Although, if you made an okay profit or reinvested in someone else who makes a good profit then there's no point in having regrets.
Make sure you're not in a rush, tired, hungry or over-excited when buying and selling. Make sure Instant Sells are a rarity and only when absolutely necessary.
In the coming month I think we can expect a lot of people to be selling their players that look like they will not be playing in a performance buzz league and some people will be buying players for specific fixtures to sell the rise.
I'm expecting a general gradual rise of the market with all the new adverising and people getting their mates interested.
More people play for dividends during the season whilst some simply play for a 10-20% rise-and-sell.
Hypothetically- If you were to not touch your portfolio for a year or two you'd take a healthy profit. A few clever, well thought out buys and sales on top and you'll be laughing. Consider going really big on a few super-cheapies if you have reasons to believe they'll rise >15%. Many do and often.
If I were you- I'd be thinking "I've got the money, I've got good players- not many of these need to be sold anytime soon."
You'll do fine.
