Surely surely surely Lingard has to get some big money soon...

Sterling a forgotten man
When I joined the index last year Sterling was one of the highest priced players.
Since then he has fallen around £6 behind Rashford and £5 behind Sancho.
His performances for City are better than ever and is first choice for Pep now in a front 3.
Today he has scored another 2 with a PB score over 200 and still next to no movement in his price. When will he catch up if two goals against Chelsea isn’t enough to kick start him?
I’ve just watched the Real Madrid game in it’s entirety and can’t believe how good this boy is.
Not only does the Bernabeu erupt everytime he gets on the ball but Madrid play in a way that has him at the centre of everything with Bale standing in the cold on the opposite wing.
I think as his profile grows over here his price is going to fly even further. Champions league is a perfect platform. I’m going to put it out there that he could reach £13-£15 pre share split!
Pace, Power, Goals and 18!!! An absolute beast.
Must find some money to get on him properly.

RE: New Trader - Taking Tactics
I think that a diverse portfolio across a number of players is the way forward. Maybe mixing up long term holds, short term potential money makers and then dividend winners. Also include different leagues in different countries.
What I would say is that when I joined the index I took advantage of a £500 risk free offer and maximised this knowing I couldn’t lose for the first 30 days. I loved the platform and concept straight away but coming from a gambling background (daily football bets/ accas/ FGS combos etc) it was very clear that my enjoyment wasn’t going to last if I only had say 5-10 futures in one player. An outstanding day on the index would see me making £10. Yes I appreciate that 2% ROI in a day is huge compared to money in a bank account but ultimately it was only £10.
I quickly decided after hours and hours of reading both on and outside of this forum that the index is a huge opportunity and streamlining my traditional gambling habits would mean I could quickly increase my investment and therefore number of shares/ futures in each player.
I now have 25, 50 and 100 shares in most players meaning good days now feel like winning my bet with a traditional book maker. For example. On Saturday my portfolio grew £225 with £18 in G+A dividends. Importantly, if my big hitters hadn’t had such a good day...then my money wasn’t lost. It would just roll on to when things did go well.
My logic now is that a platform of this nature is going to eventually replace fixed odds gambling as we know it. As you are already here you are potentially on the right side of a very lucrative product. If you believe in it enough to invest, football is your passion and you’re prepared to stick it out through good and bad then try to get a few pounds in when you can. It’s taken me a few months to get here but I devised a strategy and currently implementing it. You’ll be amazed how quickly your futures build, especially when reinvesting dividends.
Finally. Don’t be afraid to get things wrong. Swallow some hits while you learn but don’t doubt your gut feelings.
Yes this is a gamble in many ways, but also a good opporntity to combine your passion and knowledge with making some money
Good luck trading and enjoy the ride
A good time for an announcement...
After an incredible few weeks for the index I can’t help but think we’re entering a period of potential risk. The majority of the top 200 players don’t have an elegible fixture for around a week (European leagues) where as premier league based players are 8-9 days away from being back in competition due to the FA cup.
My worry is that players will be so sold in order to invest in players playing sooner, causing loss of money right before the end of try January and putting users off. It is very evident that a lot of new traders don’t see beyond the fixtures that night.
Example. Dembele walked off tonight and was dumped at a ridiculous rate because he may miss 1 or 2 games. People completely ignoring his huge growth potential for years to come. Concern being, people want the short term buzz similar to gambling rather than sitting back and watching. If their player isn’t playing... they don’t get the buzz.
Where I’m going with this is...perfect time for FI to post an update. Potentially give the date of the share split to keep this growth going strong. Suddenly the hype will make the next week fly by until we can get back to enjoying some action on the pitch
PS. If you are a new trader reading this and suddenly see some not so good days, don’t panic. The index is growing and will make you rich... 🤞🏻
Hoping Mike talks about the return of the Bundesliga today and maybe uses this opportunity to talk about some players playing in Germany as his tip.
Sancho is a good starting point to link back to growth and show opportunity in leagues outside of the Prem.
