All time P/L
This might me a really dumb 6am question...but
Can anyone advise on why placing a bid causes your all time P/L to be affected?
Obviously cash balance reduces, but why does it affect the other figure?
Secondly. What happens to the P/L figure when a bid is accepted
Thanks in advance
RE: Port taken a 72 hour pounding!!!
I’ve just been hit by so many injuries to my biggest holds. Mbappe, Jesus, Goretzka. These have caused the biggest impact but everyone seems to be down a few pence.
I’m not concerned. All the money going into Depay and Aoaur for tonight. Will move around again tomorrow. On the plus side it’s already making its way back up to my peak.
The phrase 2 steps forwards and 1 back is the most important thing to remember on the index. The money will come again 💴 💴
All of my thoughts are shared throughout this post.
At £2.91 he will return a large percentage of that in dividends over the course of the season. I effectively see him as a free hold on that basis.
The article could have focused just as much on him saying he will play for another 6 years. In which case he looks a very very cheap option considering what he will return in dividends.
I’m sure people will sell in which case I’ll be topping up and watching the MB roll.
I agree that he will be looking towards the World Cup given what he has said about records. He is also on 88 international goals so won’t be stopping until he has 100 in my opinion.
The winker is a beast 😉
RE: Dembele injured
Dembele is my most frustrating hold. I was over £500 up on him at his peak last season and now over £100 down. The frustrating thing for me is I have him down as being up there with Sterling and Sancho on ability when match fit. He just can’t get a prolonged injury free run in the side.
I held on the basis that this was going to be his season but now out until October.
My gut feeling is to top up now at his lowest price (reducing average cost per share) and then get out when he gets back to around even (taking into account commission).
RE: Wesley - A Villa
At risk of being shot down I actually think he was good against Spurs. Considering it was his first game, away from home against a good spurs side.
Villa naturally had to sit deep meaning service was lacking.
Yes he spent a bit of time on the deck but probably all part of the game plan to draw cheap fouls and break up play. Could even argue his strength against Sanchez helped create the opening for the goal.
When he was substituted the ball certainly came back a lot quicker than when he was holding it up.
I’m going to say he will cause a lot of problems this season for defences outside of the top 6.
I see him doubling in price comfortably.
